Yes, when you book with Paper Me Pretty Invitations IN PERSON you are required to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer that locks in your place on our design calendar. This payment can be paid in 2-3 installments on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to ask me about this option. If you purchase ONLINE you will be required to pay the full amount.

In order to not rush, and to make sure we are making your paper dreams come true, we recommend contacting us and starting the whole process 6 months before you need to mail them out. Our production schedule works in order of our clients wedding dates. Reserving a spot in our production schedule does not mean we will get started right away.

We suggest ordering one per couple, household or family PLUS 5-10 extras for last minute additions due to cancelations, keepsakes, one for your photographer and a couple extras for mom and dad :) If you need to order extras after your invitations have shipped out, it would be a minimum of 10 copies, and could take up to 3
weeks to produce.

Shipping costs range between $20-70 for domestic shipping. All shipping is done via USPS, UPS and may require signature. International shipping cost is calculated on a case to case basis.

Unfortunately, USPS scales were not all created equal; Because of this, we cannot guarantee a certain weight for your suite. We prefer for all our brides hold off until a pretty box of invites arrives at your doorstep, and you get them weighed at the post office you will be mailing from. RSVP stamps are usually one forever stamp, we can chat about those once we get started.

Sure! We can reserve you a spot in our production schedule, although, once we start designing your invitations all information must be finalized.
